about

Tiffany is a graduate of Brooks Institute of Photography where she earned a Bachelors degree in Commercial Advertising and Digital Imaging.

Working as a professional photographer for the past 7 years in Los Angeles and Denver, Tiffany’s specialties are nature and fine art photography. Her real artistry is demonstrated by producing Polaroid Transfers. A time
consuming but richly rewarding process by which her fine art images are transformed through a unique and dwindling process.

Tiffany is keenly interested in the production of Fine Art, a field in which she was producing work before attending Brooks. She has focused her attention on the fading field of Polaroid emulsion and image transfers. This field allows her to produce incredibly distinctive, one of a kind pieces that can never be duplicated.

The Polaroid transfer process is very technical, very complicated, very time consuming, requires a high degree of patience, and a deft touch due to the fragility of the Polaroid transfer process. Few professionals possess the necessary skills, nor are many willing to invest the time and resources required of such a risky process, where a single misstep can result in total failure after a day spent in the diligent preparation of a single piece. But when performed correctly, these one of a kind, unique productions are spectacular. Tiffany enjoys not only her creations but also the process itself. It is a challenge to say the least.
